i just wanna lay down drums all day.

hello boys. that subject and the first part were to the tune of "i don't wanna work".

i like those lyrics klotz. i'd like to hear them to music though. as you can tell, i'm getting anxious to lay down some drums for worth. the day grows closer.

I have the demo version of Peavey Revalver, which is $300.00 to activate (if you don't activate the demo it makes random annoying beeps when you play), and Aradaz Amps sound way better, Best part is they are all free. No activation codes, no beeps, just rock.

So maybe next time Micah can record these would be good to have. Check 'em out anyway and leave the author some encouraging comments if you like.

Dougs Drums

If you want him to play like Doug please don't tell him speed metal. That's not really what Doug was doing at all. If you remember Dougs favorite drummer was Jimmy Chamberlin from the pumpkins, that's who he was trying to emulate when he played. So if you want somebody to sound like Doug but don't know how to explain to them just tell them to play like JC.

If you tell the guy speed metal your gonna a get a bunch of really fast double bass playing which would just be annoying.

by the way...

i finally got the optical input on my digi002 fixed so i'm ready to record drums when little drummer boy comes home for his x-mas break. i'm looking forward to it. should be fun. anybody have any drum ideas that are communicatable over the blog? i was just going to have him do travis coffee cymbal trills for the verse and doug cain speed metal on the chorus.

sweet. i hope you don't think it all sucks and has some redeeming value.
